Land of Stories: Beyond the Kingdom

I have read this collection a thousand times and it never gets old. I love it. From whole collection Alex has always been my favourite. My best friend from the book would be Alex as she is a smart girl who always finds away to get her out of trouble. She has been in trouble many times but each time Alex has got herself out of it. She is also such a nice person but people from her school,  don't like her because she is too "nerdy". But in my opinion Alex would be the best, best friend.

    Nerds rule the world! Maybe you could have extended this by explaining why they don't like nerds.

      I love Alex but the reason they call her a nerd is because whenever the teacher asks a question she knows the answer. She is very bright and other students are jealous of her. Furthermore at every lunch time she goes and reads in the library rather than playing with other children

    I personally think that calling someone a nerd, is bulling, but nerds are the people that do good things in the world. Like inventors for an example, they invent brilliant things that make life easier. What do you think?

      Yes calling someone a nerd is bullying. Most scientists are nerds aswell! But without them the world wouldn't be where it is now. So we wouldn't live the same life we are living now if it weren't for nerds.
